Our risotto comes from Piedmont, a region where Carnaroli rice has been cultivated since the 17th century.
Food Pairing: Eat alone or with fish, chicken or tofu. Before serving, pour a good spoonful of olive oil and a handful of parmesan cheese.
Preparation tips: Brown the contents of the package for a few minutes over low heat in a saucepan with a tablespoon of oil. Mix and wet with white wine until absorbed. Pour 650ml warm water gradually and reduce while stirring until desired consistency (about 16 min). When the rice is almost cooked, add a knob of butter, parmigiano reggiano and salt.
