In the northern part of France, sweets are not only in the heart. The red berries in our native Picardy are stars. Our childhood was punctuated by this delicious season of raspberries, strawberries and other cherries that allowed us to peck small berries! This crispy biscuit does not lack colours. It is eaten with hardness and will accompany perfectly sorbets or entremets.
