Here we have combined two types of gold: that of the Aztecs in the form of the purest cocoa shells and thin maté tea, and green gold of the Indians.
Ingredients: Mate tea (58%), cocoa shells (15%), moringa leaves, goji berries, natural flavoUr, guarana powder (2%), ginseng roots (2%)
Heat water to 100°C. Put the tea in a cup and pour the water over the leaves. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Enjoy!
To enhance its flavours, tea must be infused according to this precise information: quantity of tea, quantity and temperature of water, duration of infusion. The water should be neither too hard nor too soft: prefer pure or filtered water.
About mate tea:
We owe the existence of this miraculous drink to the Guarani people whose territory covers Paraguay, northern Argentina and southern Brazil, where it is still the most consumed drink today. The cultivation of this plant was then organized by the Spanish Jesuits on a mission in the region, hence the name “Jesuit tea” which is frequently found. Mate has a high social value because it is shared with family or with friends: the invitation to the tasting symbolizes entering a circle of friendship. Its worldwide success is also due to its multiple medicinal properties: it improves alertness, helps to overcome short-term fatigue, headaches or rheumatism.
