The ortolana sauce is composed of onions, carrots, celery and garlic chopped in extra virgin olive oil, then mixed with a pulp and tomato puree and 3 organic seasonal vegetables (zucchini, eggplant , peppers), parsley and oregano to get that fresh, authentic taste of a homemade sauce.
